Valley Athletics is excited to offer your school a great selection of custom apparel and accessories for all ages.

Order Deadline: Please check the header above for your store’s closing date. This store will close on October 27th, 2025.
Once the store closes, we’ll begin bulk production and decoration. Orders typically ship within 17–20 days after the store closes.

Shipping Options:

Ship to Home – Delivered directly to your address.
Group Ship (Pre-Sorted) – For easy distribution, all orders are individually bagged and labeled before being sent to a designated school or coach.
"Quick-To-Ship" - These labeled products ship separate from other items on the store. If ordered, you will receive two (2) different tracking notifications and shipments even if ordered together.

Design Notes:
Mock-ups are for reference only. Final product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
We may make small adjustments to artwork during decoration to ensure top-notch quality.

Minimum Order: 12 total items across all orders are required to activate production.

Product Availability:
If supply issues arise, we may substitute items with equal or better alternatives. If no suitable option is available, we’ll issue a full refund.
Note: Some Under Armour items may differ slightly due to brand transitions.

Return Policy: Custom decorated items are not returnable. Please ensure you check size charts and order up a size if you are unsure.
